The challenge
Fintech onboarding is where most users drop off — it's slow, anxious, and full of friction.
The approach
We rebuilt onboarding around biometrics and progressive disclosure, with Reanimated-driven micro-interactions that made each step feel fast and reassuring.
The outcome
Onboarding completion rose sharply and the app sustained a 4.8 store rating through launch.
